This position is for the 20252026 school year, including the extended school year (ESY), with contract dates from August 4, 2025, through May 27, 2026. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual psychoeducational assessments and interpret results in both English and Spanish

Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and development

Develop and contribute to IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior intervention plans
-
Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
-
Support early intervention strategies and MTSS/RTI initiatives
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations
Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
-
Valid Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential

Fluent in Spanish and English

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Knowledge of special education laws (IDEA, Section 504) and culturally responsive practices

Completion of required background checks and fingerprinting
