Candidates must have strong school-based experience and expertise in testing, evaluations, and autism support across a K-12 caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct both psychological testing and evaluations to assess student needs

Provide autism-specific assessments and support services
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
-
Deliver direct and consultative services tailored to students with diverse needs
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
-
Participate in crisis intervention and behavioral support planning
-
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a professional manner
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Valid Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations
-
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in autism spectrum disorder assessments and interventions

Completion of all required background checks and fingerprinting

Strong communication and collaboration skills
