We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in SaintAugustine, FL. This position involves working with a K-12 caseload, providing essential speech and language services to students in need.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support.

Provide direct therapy to students individually and in group settings.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom.

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress reports.

Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered with supervision provided.

Experience working with school-aged children preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is a plus.
