Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a K12 general education team in Seattle for the 20252026 academic year. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability, and is ideal for professionals looking to support students in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language assessments and therapy for K12 students

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Deliver direct and consultative services as outlined in IEPs

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student development

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Washington State SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)

CFY applicants may be considered with supervision availability

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
