Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a general education team serving K12 students in Virginia Beach and Norfolk for the 20252026 school year. This role can be structured as either full-time or part-time, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
Whether you are currently in a school setting and looking for a change of district or transitioning from a clinical background, this position offers meaningful opportunities to support student success while achieving a balanced work-life schedule. Full support is provided through onboarding and access to an experienced advisory team.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language services in accordance with students' IEPs

Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and assist in eligibility determination

Collaborate with educators, families, and other school-based professionals to support students communication and academic goals

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to develop appropriate goals and interventions

Maintain documentation and service records in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility for licensure

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered with proper supervision

Experience working in school settings is preferred but not required
