Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join the team in Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) for the 20252026 school year. This role supports K12 students across various campuses and can be structured as either a full-time or part-time position to suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech-language impairments

Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators, families, and specialists

Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports

Collaborate with school staff to integrate communication goals into classroom instruction
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs will be considered

Previous experience in schools is a plus, but not required

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
