Typical Job Duties:

Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication challenges

Design and implement IEP-aligned therapy plans

Provide therapy in one-on-one or small group settings

Track student progress and adjust treatment as needed

Communicate with families, teachers, and school personnel

Participate in multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings
Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP license (or eligible to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred

Must meet federal and state standards for school-based services

Prior school experience is beneficial
