Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position within a high school and transition program in Lake Oswego, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact supporting students with speech and language needs as they prepare for adulthood and post-secondary life.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and diagnostic evaluations for high school students and those in a transition program (ages 18-21).

Collaborate with IEP teams to develop individualized goals and provide progress reports.

Support students in communication, vocational readiness, and life skills development.

Utilize assistive technology and AAC as needed.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent.

Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP & Audiology.

Hold (or be eligible for) TSLP (Teaching License) through TSPC.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

At least one year of school-based or pediatric experience required.
