Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full-time at an elementary school in Swanzey, NH. Help elementary students build foundational communication skills through meaningful, targeted interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group therapy to K5 students.

Evaluate speech and language needs using appropriate assessment tools.

Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the special education team.

Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology license from the Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals.

Must also obtain a New Hampshire Department of Education endorsement for SLPs.

CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.

Minimum 1 year of pediatric or school-based experience required.
