Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, fully remote position supporting school districts in the Marshall, Michigan area. This role allows you to provide vital speech and language services to K12 students from the comfort of your home. Contract renewals for the following school year are based on performance and district needs.
Position Overview:

Caseload: K12 (details determined by district)

Contract: Current academic year, with potential for renewal
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Deliver effective, engaging teletherapy sessions to students
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff in a remote setting
-
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

Use evidence-based practices and digital tools to optimize student outcomes
Requirements:
Candidates must meet all local and state requirements to qualify:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Michigan Board of Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with the appropriate endorsement for school-based SLP services (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in school or teletherapy settings preferred

Must have access to reliable high-speed internet and a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

Ability to pass background checks and meet district onboarding requirements
