Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist will assess students with physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges that affect their academic success. This role includes developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with school teams to help students build independence and improve functional performance in the classroom and school environment.
California State Requirements:

Valid California Occupational Therapy License through the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Fingerprint clearance through the California Department of Justice

TB test and current immunization record (per district guidelines)

School-based experience preferred but not required
