Caseload: 90 students, supervision of 2 SLPAs, across 4 sites
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all California state and local requirements, including:

Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
-
Current CA state SLP license through the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB)

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Prior experience supervising SLPAs preferred

Must pass background check and meet district onboarding criteria
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
-
Supervise and mentor SLPAs to ensure compliance and service quality
-
Maintain communication with teachers, families, and support staff
-
Provide therapy services individually or in group settings
-
Travel between assigned school sites as needed
-
Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
