Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position in an elementary school setting with school districts in the New Hope, MN area. This opportunity is for the upcoming 20252026 school year, with contract dates from September 2, 2025 through June 3, 2026.

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all Minnesota state and local requirements, including:

Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) license in Speech Language Pathology

Current Minnesota Board of Speech-Language Pathology license

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

School-based experience preferred

Successful completion of background check and district onboarding process
Typical Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Deliver therapy services to students individually and in small groups
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success
-
Monitor and document progress toward communication goals
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Promote language development and communication strategies within the classroom
