Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Deliver speech therapy services remotely using evidence-based practices.

Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals.

Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with school and state requirements.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.

Provide consultation and strategies to support student success in remote learning environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all Washington state and district requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active Washington State SLP License issued by the Department of Health.

Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate required for school-based roles.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.

Prior experience providing remote services and working with adolescent populations is a plus.

Strong technological proficiency and virtual communication skills.
