Job Summary:
A school district in Central Falls, Rhode Island, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 20252026 school year. The OT will work with students across multiple school sites, helping them develop or regain skills needed for school success. This position focuses on supporting students with fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional school participation needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services

Collaborate with educators, IEP teams, and families

Document progress, maintain compliance with IDEA and district guidelines

Participate in school-based MTSS/RTI processes
Qualifications:

Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Active Rhode Island OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
