We are hiring a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated school team in Monroe, North Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a K-12 student population.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels

Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement IEPs

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Use evidence-based practices to address communication disorders
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active North Carolina SLP license or eligibility to obtain

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates considered

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
