Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Durham, North Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a diverse K-12 caseload.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams

Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
-
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to promote student success
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active North Carolina SLP license
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
