This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced school psychologist dedicated to enhancing students academic, emotional, and behavioral development. You will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure students receive comprehensive psychological and educational services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data

Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Participate in multidisciplinary teams to design intervention strategies
-
Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral consultation
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to address learning and behavior challenges

Assist in implementing RTI/MTSS frameworks
Minimum Requirements:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate with a School Psychologist endorsement (required)

At least one year of experience working in a school setting

Knowledge of state and federal regulations (IDEA, Section 504)

Strong communication, assessment, and consultation skills
