Blazer Jobs is currently conducting interviews for an experienced and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position with school districts in the Aurora, IL area. Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
-
Provide direct therapy services and consultative support
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning discussions

Assist with screenings and eligibility determinations
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Illinois state and local requirements, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement

Illinois state licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
