BlazerJobs is seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services for a school district in Arizona during the 20252026 school year.
Minimum Requirements:

Valid Arizona SLP License
-
ASHA CCC-SLP certification
-
At least 2 years of school-based experience

Previous virtual/teletherapy experience preferred

Reliable technology setup and ability to pass a tech screening

Active professional liability insurance (required for 1099 contractors)
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy to assigned students

Conduct assessments and prepare evaluation reports

Develop and monitor IEP goals
-
Maintain accurate records and session documentation

Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams

Participate in virtual meetings and IEP planning
