Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (schedule may vary by school site)
Setting: On-site/In-Person Required

Position Overview

BlazerJobs is seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Mill Valley, CA for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your expertise will directly impact students' communication and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Maintain accurate records of services, evaluations, and student progress

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Current California SLP license and/or California Teaching Credential (Speech-Language Pathology Services)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply
Experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Must pass fingerprint/background clearance
