Position Overview:
Were looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to serve an elementary school in Chehalis, WA. This full-time position blends in-person and virtual workdays, allowing flexibility while providing essential speech therapy services to about 50 students.
As the SLP, youll design and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborate with educators and families, and play a critical role in students communication development.
Key Duties:

Provide speech therapy for an elementary caseload of approximately 50 students

Work onsite 4 days a week with 1 day remote to balance workflow and flexibility

Develop and monitor individualized student treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings
Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds a valid Washington State SLP license
-
Strong organizational skills to manage a sizable caseload

Experience working with school-age children preferred

Comfortable and adaptable to hybrid work settings
