Blazer Jobs is now hiring for a full-time school-based Occupational Therapist to serve students in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Duties Include:

Provide direct and consultative services per IEP requirements

Create intervention plans addressing academic, behavioral, and life skills challenges

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Communicate with parents, staff, and district personnel
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Arizona OT license through the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
-
School-based experience strongly preferred
