Full-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist Bremerton, WA
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified and experienced Occupational Therapists for a full-time contract opportunity with a school district in Bremerton, WA. This is an itinerant, district-wide role serving a mixed caseload of students for the 20252026 school year (September 3, 2025 June 18, 2026).
We are looking for a dedicated OT with a background in pediatrics and a strong understanding of school-based occupational therapy. Experience supporting students with autism, neuromuscular disorders, and fine motor disabilities is preferred.

Caseload: Mixed caseload across multiple school sites
Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington State

Must meet all state and local requirements for school-based practice

Pediatric experience highly preferred, particularly with:

Autism spectrum disorders
-
Neuromuscular conditions
-
Fine motor skill disabilities
Experience working with special education students and families is strongly preferred
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
-
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' motor development and its impact on learning

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support educational access

Deliver consultative services to parents, staff, and external health care providers
-
Collaborate with IEP teams, including special educators and school staff

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district standards
