We are actively seeking a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to join a forward-thinking school district in Corpus Christi, Texas, for the 20252026 academic year. This is a full-time, contract position focused on enhancing student success through comprehensive assessments, strategic intervention planning, and meaningful collaboration with families and educators.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform psychoeducational assessments to support student evaluations
-
Participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and contribute to the development of effective IEPs
-
Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
-
Provide counseling services to students in individual and group settings
-
Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to address learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
-
Support campus-wide mental health initiatives, crisis response, and preventative services
Required Qualifications:

Valid Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential in Texas

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
-
Proficiency in assessment tools, data interpretation, and behavioral strategies
-
Understanding of Texas educational laws and special education guidelines
-
Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
