Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our partner school district in Chesapeake, Virginia. This is a full-time, school-based contract role for the 20252026 academic year, with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district need.

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Valid Virginia School Psychologist license or eligibility

Experience conducting assessments, writing reports, and supporting IEP teams

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Previous school-based experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results
-
Participate in eligibility, IEP, and intervention team meetings
-
Provide counseling and behavioral support to students
-
Collaborate with school staff and families to address academic, emotional, and behavioral needs

Maintain accurate, timely documentation
