Role Overview: We are hiring a School Social Worker for a full-time contract position in Federal Heights, CO for the 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to students experiencing behavioral, emotional, and social challenges.
Job Requirements:

CDE Required

Active Colorado Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
Job Duties:

Support students through counseling and behavior intervention services, mod - Severe caseload

High School age group

Pay Range: $38-40 per hour

Participate in multidisciplinary teams and help design support plans

Maintain accurate documentation of services and ensure compliance

Assist with referrals to community services and follow-up
