Job Description:

Part-time, onsite role (1214 hours/week across 2 days)

Serve a diverse caseload of students from Pre-K through 12th grade

Provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support IEP goals

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers
Requirements:

Active Indiana Physical Therapy License

Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
