About the Role:
As a School-Based SLP, youll play a crucial role in supporting students with speech, language, and communication challenges. Youll work collaboratively with educators, families, and school staff to ensure that every student has the tools to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Minimum Requirements:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Louisiana state SLP license
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred)

Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
