Typical Job Duties:

Perform psychological evaluations and assessments

Collaborate in the development of IEPs and 504 Plans

Consult with educators, families, and administrators regarding student interventions

Support behavior management plans and mental health services

Provide crisis prevention and response services as needed

Maintain compliance with state and federal education regulations
Required Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Active Texas certification as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)

Knowledge of IDEA and Texas special education policies

Excellent skills in evaluation, consultation, and collaboration

Experience working with school-aged children
