Blazer Jobs is now interviewing for a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students across K12 in Lawrence, KS. This is a full-time, school-based position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and assessments to determine student needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Deliver direct therapy and consultative services

Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families

Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
-
Kansas OT License issued by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
-
National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric or school-based OT

Familiarity with IDEA and IEP documentation
