Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all California state and local requirements, including:

Associates degree or higher in a speech-language pathology assistant program or a bachelors degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders

Valid California SLPA license issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board

Ability to pass background checks and district onboarding requirements

Experience in a school setting preferred
Typical Responsibilities Include:

Delivering therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Supporting the implementation of IEP goals through direct student services

Assisting with documentation of student progress and data collection

Preparing therapy materials and maintaining a safe, organized workspace

Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to support student communication goals

Attending team meetings and professional development sessions as required
