Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistants for a full-time role with a school district in the Mendota, CA area. Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all California state and local requirements, including:

Associates degree from an SLPA program or a bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid California SLPA license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board
Ability to pass background checks and meet district compliance standards
Prior school-based experience preferred

Typical Responsibilities Include:

Delivering therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
Assisting with the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Supporting students in individual or group therapy sessions
Preparing and organizing materials for therapy activities
Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with teachers, SLPs, and school staff to support student goals
Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
