Job Requirements

Associates degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist Assistant program

Active California SLPA license
-
Must meet all state and local education agency requirements to work in a school setting

Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not required
Job Duties

Support certified Speech Language Pathologists in the delivery of therapy services

Work directly with students to carry out treatment plans and intervention strategies

Assist in the documentation of student progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals

Participate in team meetings and contribute to student evaluations and IEP planning
