Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Compliance with all state and local requirements for school-based SLPs
-
Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred
Typical Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on speech-language goals

Support students in both individual and group therapy settings
