Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time contract opportunity in Milton, WA. This school-based role is set to begin with the 20252026 academic year and will focus on supporting students in preschool through elementary grades.
This is an excellent opportunity for SLPs who are passionate about early intervention and collaborative school-based services. Contract renewal may be considered based on performance and district needs.

Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Must meet all state and local regulations for school-based SLPs
-
Experience with special education students and families is highly preferred
Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and speech/language assessments
-
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy in both individual and small group settings
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and reports
-
Support early communication development and school readiness skills in young learners
