Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Must meet all California and district certification requirements

Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders

Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans (IEPs)

Provide direct speech therapy services in both individual and group formats

Serve students across a range of developmental and academic levels (K12)

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student needs

Maintain accurate records, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
