Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and behavioral support services to students facing social, emotional, or mental health challenges

Develop and implement individualized intervention plans

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies to promote student success

Assist in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and restorative practices
-
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as needed
-
Maintain documentation in accordance with school district and state guidelines
Requirements:

Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services License with a School Social Worker endorsement

Previous experience working in educational or clinical settings with school-aged children preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
