Were seeking a dedicated and adaptable Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Ocean City, MD. This hybrid role offers a meaningful opportunity to provide both in-person and remote speech-language services across a variety of age groups and caseload typesfrom early learners to high school students.
As an essential part of our collaborative school team, youll support students' communication development and academic progress. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a motivated CF, this role offers a supportive, student-focused environment with built-in flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services both on-site and virtually

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals

Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports

Attend IEP meetings and participate in school-based initiatives
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Maryland state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

Comfort with hybrid service delivery and digital documentation platforms

Strong communication and time management skills

Passion for working with students of varying ages and needs
