Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a full-time opportunity with school districts in the Quincy, MA area. This position is essential in helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in both academic and daily life tasks. 2025-2026 School Year
Qualifications Applicants Must Meet the Following:

Hold an active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Must meet all state and district background check and clearance requirements.

Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support students success in the classroom.

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and student progress.

Recommend strategies, accommodations, or assistive technology to enhance student participation.

Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
