Occupational Therapist School-Based Support for K12 Students

In a school setting, occupational therapy isnt just about skillsits about unlocking access. From handwriting to sensory regulation, students rely on OTs to help them fully participate in their educational journey. Were seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, onsite assignment with a respected Baltimore-area school district, beginning in November 2025.
Youll support a variable caseload of mostly elementary students (and a few high schoolers) across three assigned schools. Areas of need will include fine motor (FM), visual motor (VM), and sensory processingeach tied to student IEPs.
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Maryland OT license
-
Experience in school settings strongly preferred

Strong skills in documentation, assessment, and collaboration
Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group-based OT services across three campuses
-
Conduct evaluations and develop intervention strategies
-
Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
-
Collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student access

Travel between schools as part of itinerant support team
