We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our network for a school-based opportunity in Bel Air, Maryland. This full-time contract position is set for the 20252026 school year and is ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting students functional and academic success through therapy and collaboration.
Job Requirements

Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license

Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certification for school-based therapy (if required)

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

NBCOT certification

Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
Job Duties

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in alignment with students IEPs
-
Assess and evaluate students functional performance in academic and daily school tasks

Develop individualized goals and treatment plans to support student access and participation

Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress

Document services provided, maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
