Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Arlington, TX schools. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children by providing therapy and guidance for communication and language development.
Job Requirements:

Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Certification with the Texas State Board of Examiners for SLP

Texas Education Agency credentials if required by district

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome
Job Duties:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs

Provide direct speech therapy services to students

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
