Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and passionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles with school districts in the Indianapolis, IN area. Position Overview:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to design and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each students educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with IDEA and district policies
-
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning

Stay informed on best practices and current trends in speech-language pathology
Requirements:
All applicants must meet state and local requirements to be considered:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid Indiana SLP license issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred)

Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) School Services Personnel License (Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement)

Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting

Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
