Redford Union Schools is looking for a compassionate, student-focused School Psychologist to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This is a vital role supporting students academic, emotional, and behavioral growth through assessments, interventions, and collaboration with teachers and families.
What Youll Do:

Conduct assessments to identify student needs

Support IEP development and behavior plans

Work directly with educators, families, and support staff

Promote a positive, inclusive school climate

Help students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically
Qualifications:

Active Michigan School Psychologist Certification
-
Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Passion for helping students succeed
Caseload:
Details will be discussed during the interview. Youll be joining a supportive team with the tools and flexibility to make an impact.
Work Environment:
Onsite only your presence in the school community is essential to the role.
