Job Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFs may be considered
-
Must meet all Texas Education Agency and state requirements for working in a school setting
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus
Job Duties:
-
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
-
Develop and implement IEP goals for students based on individualized needs
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and support the academic success of students through communication support
