Role Overview
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Niceville, you will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with communication disorders. Your work will include collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and to facilitate student success in academic and social settings.
Required Qualifications (Florida)
Candidates must possess a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and hold Florida state licensure. Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not mandatory. Compliance with all district and state requirements, including background screenings, is necessary.
