In this full-time school-based SLP role, your work will center on assessing students speech and language needs, developing customized treatment plans, delivering engaging therapy, and tracking progress toward IEP goals. Youll collaborate with teachers, support teams, and families to ensure each student receives the best possible care in the learning environment.
To work as an SLP in the state of Florida, applicants must hold a valid state license in speech-language pathology, issued by the Florida Department of Health. A masters degree in speech-language pathology is required, and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and meet local background screening standards.
