Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team at anElementary School8 miles north ofWilmington, DE for the upcoming 20252026 academic year. This position offers an enriching and collaborative school environment, ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) looking to build a strong foundation in a supportive setting.
Role Details:

Full-time position supporting students in grades K5
-
Diverse caseload that includes augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) users, general education students, and those with fluency, articulation, and language needs

Work closely with a team of three other full-time SLPs for guidance, collaboration, and resource-sharing

Conduct speech-language assessments and therapy sessions
-
Participate in IEP development and team meetings
-
Provide services and consultative support across general and special education settings
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Delaware SLP license through the Delaware Board of Speech/Language Pathologists, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Dispensers

Eligible for or currently holds a Standard Certificate from the Delaware Department of Education (DOE) in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs are highly encouraged to apply
