Job Description:
BlazerJobs is now seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologistto join a supportive school district in Wilmington, DE for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position working with elementary students in a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students

Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Delaware SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Prior experience in school settings is a plus
